Drag & drop a picture of the clinic into the picture well. The picture should be less than
500MB, and is in common formats such as GIF, JPG or PNG.

State Business License and Expire date are required for verification.

Smartphone is required for SMS communication. Email is the username and cannot be changed. Address
is required for map location. Office hours are required, and can be changed.

4 Categories are required, and can be one or a combination
of healthcare fields. This allows the clinic to be searched by professionals of different healthcare
fields.

5Additional information is helpful. They could be practice
management software, digital X-ray systems, payroll frequency, parking information and etc.

6Optional Public Attachments are visible to professionals
and Calalia. They could be clinic policies or requirements. Attachments can be dragged & dropped or
imported, should be in common digital formats such PDF, GIF, JPG or PNG, and less than 3 MB.

7Sign the required Contract: the main doctor’s name and date are
inserted into the document.
- 8Optional Private Attachments are visible to Calalia only.
They could be state business license, driver license or ID card of business owner or main doctor for
verification purpose.

9Deactivate makes this profile invisible to search.

10Calalia provides service when the profile is verified.

INTERACTIVE SEARCH FOR PROFESSIONALS, MATCHED PROFESSIONALS ARE DISPLAYED INSTANTLY

1 Select Job type: temporary or permanent.

2If the job type is temporary, click on Work on to bring up
a
calendar to pick a day.

3Choose Profession to hire. If looking for a specific
professional, specify name, phone or email in With

4Specify wide ranges of Wage and Experience for a
larger number of matched professionals.

5If the job type is permanent, click on Job Id to choose a
posted job. If a job has not been posted, click New Job to go to the Jobs tab. Return to the
Search tab to continue.

6Wage and Experience ranges come from the job post.

7Click on the Home button to center the clinic’s location.
Pan or zoom on the map to locate more surrounding professionals.

8As these criteria are varied interactively, Calalia instantly
displays all matched professionals.

9The clinic selects a few professionals, placing them in the
Contacts tab.

10The same process can be repeated for different job type, work
date, profession, wage, experience, and map area.
Contacts
CONTACTING PROFESSIONALS ABOUT TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT JOBS

1In the Temporary job contacts, click on professionals’ Names
to see their profiles. A clinic chooses the best professional to Contact with an internal
message (job description). Only one message is allowed to facilitate quick temporary job placement.

2The default Expiration is 4 hours later and can be changed.

3Calalia alerts the professional.

The professional replies with a smartphone text, or an
internal message using the Professional app, Offers tab, Temporary job offers. And the status could
be Accept, Decline, or Expire.

5With the Accept status, the clinic can Cancel but
discouraged. Calalia alerts the professional.

6With the Decline status, the clinic contacts another
professional.

7With the Expire status, the clinic can contact the same or
another professional.

8On the work date, if the professional does not show up, the clinic
changes the status to No-show. If the temporary job goes through, Calalia changes the status
to Complete on the next day, resulting in a transaction in the History and Accounting tabs.

9In the Permanent job contacts, click on the professionals’
Names to see their profiles. A clinic chooses the best professional to Contact with an
internal message (interview invitation).

10Calalia alerts the professional.

Jobs
POSTING TEMPORARY JOBS FOR PROFESSIONALS TO APPLY,
POSTING PERMANENT JOBS FOR CLINICS TO SEARCH OR PROFESSIONALS TO APPLY

1 Click on New to post temporary or permanent jobs.

2A temporary job posting expires on the work date. Clinics
use these postings for future long-term job such as maternity or sabbatical leave. Clinics
wait for professionals to apply in the Offers tab.

3A permanent job posting expires 14 days after the post
date. Clinics use these postings to actively search for professionals in the Search and Contacts
tabs, or wait for professionals to apply in the Offers tab.

4Visible to Professionals setting to No allows clinics to
search and selectively contacts professionals with job description. Clinics should be prepared to
receive offers (applications) with setting to Yes.

5Wage is the upper limit, and Experience is the lower
limit.

6Click on the Job Ids to update job information. Once a
professional selects a job post, its content cannot be changed.

7Posting temporary jobs is free. Pay to Activate a permanent
job posting for 10 contacts in both Contacts and Offers tabs.

8Calalia alerts clinics about the expired job postings.
Offers
SERVICE OFFERS FROM PROFESSIONALS (APPLICATIONS FOR TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT JOBS)

1When professionals contact clinics about the temporary or
permanent job postings, Calalia alerts the clinics to the service offers
(or job applications).

2In the Temporary job offers, click on the professionals’
Names
to see their profiles and internal messages. The clinic chooses the best professional to Accept with
an internal message (offer acceptance). Only one message is allowed to facilitate quick temporary
job placement.

3Calalia alerts the professional.

4With the Accept status, the clinic can Cancel but
discouraged. Calalia alerts the professional.

5With the Expire status, the clinic can wait to be contacted
again by the professional.

6On the work date, if the professional does not show up, the clinic
changes the status to No-show. If the temporary job goes smoothly, Calalia changes the status
to Complete on the next day, resulting in a transaction in the History and Accounting tabs.

7In the Permanent job offers, click on the professionals’
Names to see their profiles and internal messages (interview invitation).

8The clinic and professional can message back and forth to arrange
for an interview.

9After a meeting, the clinic and professional can set up a
working interview by booking a temporary job on Calalia.

History
HISTORY AND EVALUATION

1Temporary job transactions (with No-show or Complete status) and
permanent job posts are displayed.

2Clinics evaluate professionals by a simple rating (Not
Like, 1 to 5 stars) and the work experience by a descriptive note.

3The evaluation is confidential, and the rating will be used for
future matching within that clinic-professional relationship only. A Not-Like rating results in no
future matching between the same professional and clinic.
Accounting
ACCOUNTING

1Temporary job transactions (with Complete status) and permanent
job posts are displayed.
-
2Permanent job posting fees are paid immediately. Temporary job
placement fees are due on the fifth of the following month.

3Calalia reminds clinics of balance due on the fifth and overdue on
the tenth of the following month.

4Clinics click Pay to use credit card online, and the transactions
are recorded.
